Tracy began her career working for a tier one supplier in plastic injection molding. During her 21 years with this company she worked her way through all the levels of Production, Quality, Scheduling, Purchasing and Accounting. She took the knowledge gained from this period and moved to a structural foam manufacturer where she started as the Scheduler and Purchasing Agent. After 11 months, she was promoted to Office Manager where she stayed for 9 years. Her responsibilities included assisting the President and overseeing all the functions of the office. In January of 2015, she joined The Advanced Construction Group as the Administrative Assistant.
